Guest guest
Many here have had best results with Bluebonnet Iron. Here's a link to their vegetarian iron capsules http://www.iherb.com/Bluebonnet-Nutrition-Chelated-Iron-90-Vcaps/11571?utm_sourc\ e=acr & utm_medium=c Are you in the U.K? (I can't remember). Not sure if iherb.com ships to the U.K., you'll have to check. Sometimes veggies get low in B12. It is worth you keeping an eye on that, too. Should it come up low, here's the b12 I take http://www.amazon.com/Methylcobalamin-Sublingual-Vitamin-B-12-5000mcg/dp/B000BO1\ LY4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & s=hpc & qid=1271092027 & sr=1-1 > > Hi, > > I'm a veggie and want to keep my ferritin at a good level. Two months ago my ferritin level was about 150 but 7 weeks later it had dropped to 94. I'm worried it's going to drop more so I'd like to take a dose to stabilize it. Can anyone recommend a good dose to take and where to buy the pills. > > Thanks > > Rod >
Guest guest
Hi Margery, Yes I am in the UK. B12 wasn't too bad, 696 (130 -1100). I'll take a look at this source. I've already got some ferrous bisglycinate, and I've tripled up to take 60mg a day in the meanwhile. I'll get my Ferritin retested at the end of the month, see how it's doing and get some of these iron capsule. Thanks Rod > > > > Hi, > > > > I'm a veggie and want to keep my ferritin at a good level.
