Many here have had best results with Bluebonnet Iron. Here's a link to their

Are you in the U.K? (I can't remember). Not sure if iherb.com ships to the

U.K., you'll have to check.

Sometimes veggies get low in B12. It is worth you keeping an eye on that, too.

Hi Margery,

Yes I am in the UK. B12 wasn't too bad, 696 (130 -1100). I'll take a look at

this source. I've already got some ferrous bisglycinate, and I've tripled up to

take 60mg a day in the meanwhile. I'll get my Ferritin retested at the end of

the month, see how it's doing and get some of these iron capsule.
