She can start with takign 10mcg in the AM and adding in a bedtime dose,

then in 2 weeks bring the other 2 doses to 10mcg then if she still needs

more go to 10mcg four times a day

so right now she is on 5 3 times per day...so start with 10 in the morning and add a bedtime dose at same time or just make the morning 10 and then later add a bedtime dose?

I would sdo both at once as a 10mcg raise is not much.
