Hanging skin: Need some comfort and reassurance

Hi all

I've been writing this absolutely wonderful man and we have hit it off and

beyond! It looks like we will be meeting soon, but I haven't got to the

point where I've told him about my surgery and the residual " hanging skin. "

He has also said that he is not interested in overweight women. I listened

to this statement and went " gulp " Yes, I know I'm not overweight, but I am a

former overweight person.

I'm just a bit nervous on how I should approach this. Ultimately, if he is

turned off by my body, then I don't need someone like that in my life, no

matter how wonderful he seems right now. Period!

Any thoughts or suggestion on how to approach this or how to help me to

reach past this fear. Ultimately it is the fear of rejection -- something

I'm very use to.
