Hello,

Here are my March labs:

Free T3 4.0 (2.0-4.4)

Free T4 0.95 (0.61-1.12)

Reverse T3 336

TSH less than 0.1

Cortisol AM less than 0.1 (5.0-25.0)

I really don't even know if he'll give me extra T3. He wants me to reduce my

meds from 2-1/2 grains 7 days/week to 2-1/2 grains five days/week and 2 grains

the other two days. Will this decrease reduce the RT3 problem? Just in Dec. I

believe the RT3 was 16. What could cause it to go to 11?

Also, I am HOPING the endo will give me HC for my Adrenals. My saliva test

showed I was high at night and low in AM. Doc did blood test cuz does not

believe in saliva test. He did not address this issue. Because of others like

you on these sites, I contacted the endo yesterday to ask for an ACTH Stim test

but he is out of the office until next week. I told them I really don't want to

wait until next week. who knows if they'll order it.

In the meantime, since it looks like I will need to self-treat, which

herbs/supplements do you suggest I take and how much?

PS/Melatonin, whatever else, the frequency and dose of each, should I

concentrate on one only or can I combine some of them?

Sorry for all the questions

Jodi
