so i have really low ferritin (it was 31 as of a few weeks ago), i have been

supplementing 200mg iron w/vit C daily for two weeks. i started t3 only around

two weeks ago as well. (also i am on 30mg HC/day, btw)

i started at 30mcg(generic cytomel), and handled that just fine. after five days

i raised t3 to 40mcg, and i felt great. my temps were averaging 98.5-98.6. i

held that dose for 6 days, towards the end of which i started to get some hypo

things creep back in...esp the water-in-the-ears feeling and icy hands. after

those 6 days, i moved to 45mcg, my temp average went to about 98.4-98.5.

impatiently i moved to 50mcg after 3 days on 45mcg (knowing it would be a

crapshoot with low ferritin, but also knowing how low a dose 45mcg generic t3

actually is).

anyway, that was on saturday... sunday i felt ok, if not a little hyper. didnt

sleep well sunday night, and then monday, yesterday, i felt really tired... and

my temps looked like this: 98.0, 98.7, 98.4.

today, my first temp of the day is 97.9, and my hands are like ice. dont feel

incredibly tired, though, just a little " air hunger " going on.

my question is, do you think i should hold this dose and see if my body comes

around?

OR, will it not likely come around at this dose right now and the t3 will just

be pooling in my blood? if that is the case, then, how do i make my way back

down to 40mcg T3, where my temps where good, and how then do i know when to go

for a raise?

(man do i wish i started on iron long long ago!)

thanks in advance!!!
