Really hypo in the evening...why?

I have RT3 dominance and am very slowly raising T3 only meds. I've been on

Isocort for about 3 weeks, which does seem to be helping quite a bit. My temps

go a little crazy after a raise in T3, but eventually stabilize after 7 or 8

days. I really feel a lot better through most of the day, but after about 4:00

pm I feel horrible. I get the fatigue feeling and can't stay awake if I'm not

moving. I get air hunger and my tinnitus seems to get worse (ringing gets

louder).

My dosing schedule is:

7:00 am 10 mcg Cytomel (T3)

4 pellets Isocort

11:30 am 5 mcg Cytomel

3 pellets Isocort

4:00 pm 5 mcg Cytomel

2 pellets Isocort

11:00 pm 5 mcg Cytomel

1 pellet Isocort

Any ideas why I feel soooooo bad in the evenings? I know I'm still on a really

low dose of Cytomel, so maybe it's just the day catching up to me. Just want to

make sure that there isn't something else I should be doing with the dosing.

Also...I'm traveling on a plane tomorrow and then back on Tuesday. Any

suggestions for stress dosing with Isocort? My temps have been a little off the

last couple of days because of a long drive yesterday and not being at home.

Hoping to keep my cortisol levels at a good level over the next couple of days

so I can increase the T3 soon, but not sure that's going to happen.

Thanks,

Steph
