Guest guest
Take a look at LDN: www.LowDoseNaltrexone.org . And 5HTP. Both together. No addiction issues, and multiple benefits. sleep problem Hi: I'm taking l/2 Ambien to sleep and since I've been waking at 3am I take a whole Ambien to get back to sleep. Guest guest
I took ambien for a long time and after awhile it didn't work as well so I tried lunesta and that caused a bad taste in my mouth. I finally started drinking a little melatonin tea at bedtime or taking valerian. There's is a product called Alteril, it has melatonin, valerian and L-tryptophan in one pill. You can get them at amazon.com for fairly cheap. I also take nice warm baths with candles lit, make sure my bedsheets are clean and soft and those measures seem to help too.<<Posted by: "maxsarv" maxsarv@... maxsarvMon Mar 22, 2010 4:37 pm (PDT)Hi: I'm taking l/2 Ambien to sleep and since I've been waking at 3am I take a whole Ambien to get back to sleep.
