Guest guest
" Thinner " was the title of a book by mmm- I forget his name, the thriller writer who wrote Kujo etc. Just a little joke here. Fun book, though. I am certainly an ectomorph and always have been (small frame, thin). I come from a long line of trim people, some tall some short. My daughter who has vv (mine is dertmatosis v) is also small and relatively thin. And yes, trying the anti-candida diet makes us even thinner. I'm 5 foot 3 and weigh maybe 105. She's about 5 foot 2 and weighs probably the same. So, how about it? Are we mostly ectomorphs? Isn't estrogen stored in fatty tissues? We thin women are also at greater risk of osteoporosis. And for that I take calcium. Calcium citrate is the most usable form for your body. __________________________________________________
