Just a note,

I was looking at these yesterday and the pills are HUGE based on the #

of pills in the bottle and the bottle size. I compared them to another

supplement in a clear bottle that had more pills and was the same

size. The pills were ginormous, like the size of my ring finger to the

1st knuckle. I was reading the back of the bottle and it said that

they would be difficult to swallow and to please crush them into a

powder. If you have to do that then why not just do the liquid. Though

the liquid would not travel as easily.
