Hi

The first thing you need to do is breath........

Then just start one step at a time. Fill in your patient information form

and send it to Debbie and find a PCP to support you. Everything will start

to fall in place. Everyone is here to help you every step of the way.

Good Thoughts going your way.

Jane

jane thanks for telling me to breath, i needed that,,,,michelle

Kecia,

There is a Clinic every Saturday, I thought. If you're going to be there on

the 19th you should try to go to one of those clinics. Also, watch the

postings here as to when the next support group meets.

I'm sure someone in the group can let you know about clinic. I want to

believe it's @ 9:00 AM and 12:00 NOON. I may be wrong though.

Good Luck!

Sincerely,

na

You're right! My second clinic visit is going to be 2/19 at 9:00 - the next

session is at 12:00. Kecia, call Debbie - the number is on the web site to

make an appointment. Be prepared to spend a lot of time there (i.e., pack a

lunch).
