Guest guest
Here's some links to Nick's progress through this process. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/23785 http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/message/37280 My own testo is also low, that must be addressed. I'm in the process of raising my own, I think low testo is a big contributor to weakness and fatigue. My progesterone was also low, I was on progesterone cream and it did not work, I am now on sublingual troches, which DO work. The other thing that needs looking at is cortisol. Too high or too low will mess up T3 utilization, too. > > > > Have you had your sex hormones checked? Maybe something else is off? Val had said some people need more T3 than 75mcg? Maybe you could slowly increase by tiny amounts to see if you feel better? Has anything improved since getting to 75mcg? > > > > > > Kitty > > > > > > > > ________________________________ > > From: Kim <kimlorenz_mt@> > > To: RT3_T3 > > Sent: Mon, April 19, 2010 12:24:57 PM > > Subject: Where do I go from here? > > > > Â > > I am starting week 8, I have reached 75mcg of T3. My temps just reached 98.6, my pulse is 98. All signs point to me being at the correct dosage. But I still feel pretty yucky. I if you discount my temp and pulse, I feel as if I am ready for another increase, although I wont' unless someone gives me good reason too. I am still fatigued, my skin is still not good, I have no drive/intensity for life. I guess I just hang out at this dosage (while still monitoring my temps and pulse) and wait for the RT3 to clear? How will I know? > > > > I just want to know that I am doing the right thing.
