reconstituting sourdough grains

Hi, I received some Oregon Trail sourdough in the

mail, but I don't know how to reconstitute it. It is

dried grains. I cannot contact the person who sent it

to me. Can someone help me?

I hope I'm not posting this twice. I posted it when

the groups was down, and I don't see it on the

posted messages today.
