Guest guest Posted March 16, 2002 Report Share Posted March 16, 2002 Does anyone have any suggestions for good ways to warm up raw foods, to about body temperature, without overheating them? I tried to rig up a sort of hot plate, by putting a few pans on top of each other on the stove and putting the burner on warm, then setting a dish inside, containing the food. But I feel like I have to stand over it and keep testing it to make sure it's not getting too hot to the touch. Does anyone know a method that gives more consistent results?
