Guest guest
>ft3: 5.6 (3.5 - 7.0) Could be OK or hypo depending how you feel. Top of range is where most people on T4/T3 feel best, a little over range is where people on T3 over range feel best. If you feel hypo and ferritin/cortisol are in place then you could take more T3, the level of that will stabilise in 3 days, or Erfa which will need a couple of weeks to stabilise. >ft4: 6.5* (9 - 21) Meaningless as you are not taking a full dose of Erfa >tsh 0.30* (0.2 - 4.5) Most people on Natural or T3 only feel best with that suppressed at around 0.1 to 0.01 so you may be feeling hypo, you are not taking enough supplement to keep your own thyroid suppressed >This is after being on 1 grain erfa and 30 mcg T3 for 1 week. medication fasting of course the day I did the test. That's a lot less than the T3 level you used to be on. It's equivalent to around 55 of T3 only and I seem to recall you were on a lot more T3 than that?? >When to check rT3??? It's 6 weeks since adding ERFA slowly.. replacing T3. After you have been on 1 grain for a month it may start to give a meaningful result.
