I know that the adrenals group is off but I am really scared and need help. I have started today taking HC for the first time. These are my saliva tests from Diagnos-Tech):morning 1.7 (3.7-9.5)noon 1.9 (1.2-3)evening 1 (0.6-1.9)night 1.2 (0.4-1)From ZRT labs:morning 3 (13-24)noon 6 (5-10)evening 1 (3-8)night 0.6 (1-4)I have started taking 25 HC today: 10, 7.5,5,2.5The thing is I just feel awful: nausea, dissy, tired, my temp dropped and I am bedridden again, deeply depressed and feel so sick. Oh, and my muscels are cramping again. What do you think is going on? I used to look and feel this way when the Hashimoto just europyed, and since things have improved, so it feels like a step back and not forward. Am I doing something
