Hello Everyone,

I know is down until Sunday, but I wanted to let

you all know that we received a letter from our lawyer yesterday.

It can be viewed at

http://midvalleyvu.homestead.com/Legal_17_03_12_02.html

For those of you that have been following our case - let me

explain. During our pre hearing conference, DATCP was ordered to

turn over our " files " to our lawyer for viewing. These files are

considered any and all information they have gathered about us

from the beginning of our case. Nothing unusual.

Our lawyer received these so called " files " on March 11,

2002. What a joke! Here's " in part " what he says about the

documents he received.

" Many of the documents are duplicates, some appear to be

originals, and there is a yellow " sticky note " on at least one of

the documents. The documents were bound by a rubber band but

were not enclosed in an envelope. There was no cover letter or

other captioned document accompanying the documents to indicate

what they are or whether they are fully or only partially

responsive to my discovery requests on the record and to Judge

s' orders of February 12, 2002. "

What a joke folks - we don't know what to make of it. Either

DATCP didn't really have a case file on us, or they refuse to

send the actual documents requested by Judge s. What do

you think? Opinions? Comments?

Thanks for listening,

Janet Brunner wajabrun@...
