hi lynne,

is it possible for you to share some of your recipes with me ? i'm running out

of ideas on what to eat.

Oops,forgot to tell you that I have full blown celiac and not just

celiac syndrome,Can't have beef or daity,no legumes,no sugar cane

products,no citrus,no nightshades,no asperigus,nothing with D such as

fish,eggs,no soy(but that is not good for anyone) unless it is fermented

and then it is o.k. for me even though it is a legume,no lamb and of

course,no grains.Luckily I am a good cook and do a lot of Thai,Chinese

and Indian foods..Once every few months I treat myself to a Big Mac but

never ever tell my doc....who 9is celiac also and probably cheats also.
