D, To LYNNE Oops, forgot to tell you that I have full blown celiac and not just celiac syndrome,Can't have beef or daity,no legumes,no sugar cane products,no citrus,no nightshades,no asperigus, nothing with D such as fish, eggs,no soy(but that is not good for anyone) unless it is fermented and then it is o.k. for me even though it is a legume,no lamb and of course,no grains.Luckily I am a good cook and do a lot of Thai,Chinese and Indian foods..Once every few months I treat myself to a Big Mac but never ever tell my doc....who 9is celiac also and probably cheats also.
