We have the results from the mycoplasma tests back.

Only one was positive.

Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgG Pos

Mr Perfect was 3.09 and the report said the index range was

Neg: < .91, Equiv: .91 - 1.09 and positive : > 1.09 ...

Does anyone know exactly how high 3.09 really is?

We're going to ask his doctor for a full 6 week course of rifampicin

and erythromycin, followed by 6 mos of the minocycline 3xweek (not

extended release type). Then retest.

Does anyone have any experience with rifampicin?

Thank you for your time.
