For most of us it improves sleep.

Try this instead

5:00 AM - 2 Grains NTH with 10 mg HC

9:00 AM - 10 mcg T3 with 10 mg HC

1:00 PM - 1.5 Grains NTH with 5 mg HC

5:00 PM - 5 mcg T3

9:00 PM - 5 mcg T3 with 5 mg HC

Bed time 5mcg T3 (unless you go to bed at 9!)

I'm not sure about the HC dosing, the adrenal group can help you more

than I can

In which case try

5:00 AM - 2 Grains NTH with 10 mg HC

9:00 AM - 10 mcg T3 with 10 mg HC

1:00 PM - 1.5 Grains NTH with 5 mg HC

5:00 PM - 5 mcg T3

9:00 PM - 5 mcg T3 with 5 mg HC

there is 5 of T3 left, you could add this to either the 5 PM or bed

time doses, I would tend to suggest the bed time one and it will

improve sleep quality
