Guest guest
You have an RT3 problem with a ratio just over 10--it needs to be at least 20. Do you have ferritin results? Your ferritin levels will be important in whether or not you're able to handle T3. Your cortisol results look like blood cortisol as you posted only one sample. Did you get saliva cortisol labs, with 4 samples taken throughout the day? Re: High rt3 causing adrenal function to be low? is this possible? Could anyone tell me what my situation looks like.... Guest guest
You need a moderator to look at all your labs and advise you. I suggest you post these saliva cortisol labs along with their approximate date, your ferritin lab with its date, and the thyroid labs you posted a little while ago. Put them all in ONE post, with a subject line saying something like "labs--moderator help needed." Putting all the labs in one post will make it much easier for them to review and advise, and you will get a complete answer all in one message. They've been extremely busy, so you may have to wait. If you don't get a response from a moderator in a day or two, re-post the message and add "Bump" to the subject line, as in "labs--moderator help needed, BUMP". Guest guest
I would get a saliva cortisol test done (4 saliva samples) and then once you have those results post them on the adrenal board. If your adrenals are stable then you should start T3 only since you have a RT3 ratio of 10.68 and it needs to be over 20.
