Guest guest
El, Hi! I just went thru this myself. I could not figure out why my body was putting fat on my hips and thighs when I was not eating anything to do this. I also had fat sucked out those places and they should not put on weight there. I also noticed my face getting bigger (people said it was my imagination). And there were other things. I finally figured it out one day when I forgot my hormones. I was taking too much estrogen. (My tests said otherwise but I have a 4 foot 7 inch body). So now I do only AM estrogen and every other day testosterone. I have more energy and don't feel like I am hungry all the time. Amazingly I am a person that promotes listening to your body and I did not listen. Have a great day. Cooky I've also found the biggest help for me is rotating my foods and only eating those foods that my body likes. The Blood Type diets, although not 100% accurate, do seem to be on target quite a bit. I try to 'check' everything I eat to assess whether my body wants it or not. Some people use a pendulum; I just put the food/item near my heart/chest area. If my body doesn't want it I will feel like my body is being pulled backwards; if my body wants the item, I will feel a pulling sensation forward; if the food is neutral, I will not feel any pulling sensation. It's kind of neat. I use it for supplements and my thyroid medicine. Some days my body says YES, other days it says no. It shows me that taking the same vitamins/supplements/pills daily are unnecessary; eating foods that are supposedly good for everyone are not always good for me; eating them frequently is definitely not good. I'm getting such a good education! El
