Guest guest
Not sure what you mean by iron " injections " , but I have better results with Venofer IV's than I ever did with intramuscular iron injections. > > 3/12/10 Blood work up is : > > Ferritin 7 > HCT 35.1 > B12 653 > Folate 19.8 > DHEA 7.53 > > TSH 0.94 > Reverse T3 295 pg/mL > T3 Free 3.0 pg/mL > T4, Free .93 ng/dL > Anti - TG 32 U/mL > Anti-TPO 38/Uml > > 1 Year ago my TSH was 0.46 > > When I was a 17 I saw a Dr. That believed in 's protocol and looking at blood work together. Guest guest
I would not be worried. I mainly wanted to share my experience with intramuscular iron - iron in which the dose is injected directly into a muscle, as opposed to IV iron, where you get a bag that " drips " into a vein. I've had both - and did not see much benefit from the intramuscular shots, the IVs worked much better to raise my iron. I've had several different brands of iron IVs (Venofer, Ferrlecit), they all worked well. I believe Venofer is one of the newer ones, those are the ones I usually get, but it's the delivery method - IV vs. intramuscular - which made the difference for me. > > > > 3/12/10 Blood work up is : > > > > Ferritin 7 > > HCT 35.1 > > B12 653 > > Folate 19.8 > > DHEA 7.53 > > > > TSH 0.94 > > Reverse T3 295 pg/mL > > T3 Free 3.0 pg/mL > > T4, Free .93 ng/dL > > Anti - TG 32 U/mL > > Anti-TPO 38/Uml > > > > 1 Year ago my TSH was 0.46 > > > > When I was a 17 I saw a Dr. That believed in 's protocol and looking at blood work together.
