Guest guest
So taking HC will make your blood thicker, am I right?Mine is never under 50 now. It should be at 45 - or something. Mine is at 50+ (everything from 52 to 56 which is a bit high) and I am worried about blood clots. I already take fish oil, and Vitamin E, but it doesn't seem to help. Does anyone know what I can do to make my hematocrit come down?I understand low Aldosterone makes cells not suck up salt, which again can make blood thick. Am I correct?
