Sorry, coming in late here, have you had your aldosterone tested? Dizziness and

bad reaction to bright lights are two symptoms of low aldosterone. (The

dizziness may be from low blood pressure, and the sensitivity to light from

electrolyte imbalance, both of which can be a result of low aldosterone.)

Low aldosterone is a low-functioning-adrenal problem. Low cortisol is more

common, but some of us have low aldosterone, too. Low aldosterone can

contribute to electrolyte imbalances, which is one cause of " brain fog " .

If you test low for aldosterone, supplementing with celtic sea salt may help.

For a starting dose, I'll quote Val: " take 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water AM

and PM but make certain it is GOOD salt. Unrefined sea salt like Celtic "

I do not know about the estradiol...my estrogen is way too HIGH, not low. But I

have read that some people need to try several different types of estrogen

before they find one that works well for them.
