Guest guest
Okay, finally got Diagnos Tech to email my labs to me. These are my results from my Dec. 10th labs while taking cortisol. Interesting that the morning that was super high on my last labs now shows low (which is actually more consistent with how I feel). I take my highest dose in the morning so this is interesting that I am still showing very low cortisol. I took the morning sample before cortisol supplementation...the rest of the labs are showing after my dosage, so my thinking is they are probably all still depressed too but show normal because I had taken cortisol that day. My DHEA which was " 1 " before is now even lower (didn't know that was possible). So, I am assuming taking cortisol is pushing DHEA even lower. Sex hormones and thyroid labs are the same as the May test. Well, this kind of sucks after 3 months of treatment. Funny thing is that they now list me as stage 4 with taking the cortisol. Yeah, I know I am still in stage 7 but a person can dream, lol. , take a look at the thyroid ones. With T4 pretty low and T3 very low, do you think starting with T3 is a good plan for me or will I need Armour too? I have split the 25 mcg into four 6.5 pills, however, I know that if I start with 6.5 mcg I have to split that even further in divided doses which is pretty hard to do since there is almost nothing there of the tiny pill. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cortisol: 7-8 am Depressed 2 Range 13-24 (last labs showed this super high...34) 11-12 Normal 10 Range 5-10 (last labs showed this depressed) 4-5 pm Normal 5 Range 3-8 (last labs showed this depressed) 11-mid Normal 3 Range 1-4 (last labs showed this normal) Cortisol Burden Depressed 20 Range 23-42 DHEA Depressed <1 Range 3-10 TSH: 30 Normal 26-85 FT4 .20 Normal .17-.42 FT3 .22 Borderline low .21-.27 TPO Negative My testosterone was normal but it was 8 on an 8-20 scale so on the low end. Would taking something to increase testosterone help? I have a lot of muscle wasting and low testosterone symptom. Progesterone is over 1000, just like on last labs and estrogen 9 on 7-20 scale...all consistent with my last labs. Cheri
