Guest guest
OK Too much Thyroid COULD possibly cause a stroke, either T4 or T3 or a combo BUT this is from HYPERTHYROID> If your dosage is not causig hyperthyroid symoptims such as VERY high BP HIGH pulse, etc. It is not going ot cause a stroke. It is the high pulse and high BP of hyper that causes a stroke. This is why I monitor these things with people thta are on T3. It s NOT dose dependent but how your body utilizes T3. 50mcg might cause hyper for some people but 125 is not hyper for me. Monitoring by VITALS is alot mor SAFE adn accurate than his using your TSH. MANY htings can cause a low TSH. Your pit seemsto be functioning well, but oyu are low in IGF-1 whihc is a marker for GH. IF your thyroid is optimal and this stays this low it woul benefit oyu to find a doctor willing to prescribe it. But you need good thyroi levels first as low thyroid can cause low GH. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
Val,I couldn't believe that my clueless endo knew so littleabout testosterone. He actually could not understand how a man with a testosterone level of 300 could feel much better thanone with a testosterone level of 1000.He couldn't understand free testosterone level is as important as total testosterone. He was totallyunaware that estrogen, SHBG, DHEA-S should also betested. He didn't learn much in medical school! Thanks again. Jo S.
