Thanks Val, I will. Just one more question, I have read Nick's web page, but I

still have doubts about how much time has to pass between last T3 dose and blood

draw. It seems to be quite a difference between letting pass 8 or 12 hours. I

think the results at 12 hours are more in accordance with how I feel, but I will

appreciate your experienced opinion.

Also should I increase the 12.5 mg of T3 in one day or little by little.

Looks like you are hypo by RT3

Try edging up a little at a time every 3 days checking pulse and

temperature

On T3 only you will have the full effect of a small increase after 3

days
