It's always good to do some fresh veggies if you can..Lettuce, carrots..doesn't

take much to help with a little roughage..

I can eat a salad no problem.. I can also and do eat chilli with ground turkey

the beans certainly add fiber and I love all kings of beans and blackeyed peas

ect..

It would be nice if we could keep from getting all we need from something off a

drug store shelf and use what mother nature gives us if at all possible.

stool softner is almost a must for some of us.

I am so sorry..In my younger days I was a nurses aid and I know what you went

through and it was not fun...at all for you or them..

Did they try a warm soaps suds enema? sometimes that works pretty good..
