Guest guest
I would try 3 hour HC dosing. 7.5-7.5-5-5-2.5-2.5 this is a very gentle curve and you need ot start it first thing in the AM not pick it up during the day. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
to : T Walters I had thaT PROBLEM FOR SEVENTEEN years DRIPPING WITH SWEAT and too hot to almost breathe AFTER FEELING freezing cold for a few minutes it happened MANY times a day ..../too numerous to count i was under the impression it was Hot flashes from menopause...but 17 years? folks on this list suggested perhaps: 1.I take my HC more often ... 2. and up the dose.... along with my thyroid ....and the results were almost miraculous!!!! I did it VERY slowly over period of weeks etc. I still get those hot flashes occasionally....but NOW I recognize them as an adrenal surge to get me warm since my HC and thyroid got used up more rapidly because of severe pain I have to live with and tolerate. at least NOW I DO have a remedy for aborting most of those dripping electrolyte-stealing sweaty hot flashes!!!! Guest guest
Thanks, C (I think C is for Carolyn, right?). You describe it well--I'm dripping with sweat after being freezing, and as soon as the sweating stops, the freezing starts again. It usually happens mid-afternoon, but can also happen early evening, or at bedtime; anytime, really. Yes, Val has suggested I go to 3 hour dosing, and I'll be starting that tomorrow. I just increased the dose to 30 mg on Monday, so will hold at that dose for a little while to see how it goes. I'm very encouraged by your report that you had "almost miraculous results." I can hardly wait! I'd enjoy a miracle. It does seem likely that my symptoms are from the reason you describe--HC and thyroid getting used up rapidly. If so, the changes you made, and that I'm about to make, should work. I sure hope so! Thanks for the encouragement. Guest guest
PS even tho I take a humungous amount of dessicated thyroid and HC every day 60 mg of HC....310 mg of Erfa I still have the sweats a while after I wake up,(and again before my 1st AM dose gets assimilated) (and again if I'm late on my 2nd dose) (I take 4 doses a day at present) but I also have a perverted digestive tract that pushes everything through ....from mouth to toilet .....every 4 & 1/2 to 6 hours, ...and also diagnosed with malabsorbtion syndrome, etc. so I expect not much of what I swallow actually gets into my blood stream and/or cells?
