I was using it when I was chelating my mercury and lead and at the same time it pulled my iron, copper and zinc. I had good storage of them, but after 10 months I depleted them to low levels. I was supplementing too, except the iron.-R>> Hi All!> I was advised on this forum that burning feet could be sorted out using Benfotiamine, Vitamin B12 and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I have found some guide lines for dosing Benfotiamine, but not for the other two. Does anybody have any idea how much B12 and ALA to take per day?> Any help gratefully received.> MacG.>
Guest guest
I do nto think it chelates iron out of the body but it will correct MANY causes of inflammation which will reduce ferritin. What causes low iron in most of us is hypothyroidism. Other wise in my dose of 1200mg ALA a day for over a year now I would have no iron at all and mine is fine. It was not high to begin with but my Ferritin was and is now normal at 100. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/

Guest guest
My doctor has me on ALA but I am only taking 300mg a day. I wonder if this is enough to reduce my ferritin which was 225 and may have been because my Ft3 was 9.1. She actually has me on it for high liver enzymes.VeniziaSubject: Re: Re: Back to the burning feet problemTo: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, April 21, 2010, 6:19 AM I do nto think it chelates iron out of the body but it will correct MANY causes of inflammation which will reduce ferritin.
