I hope someone here knows or can do some research on it. It's hard to find much on the net about it. Thanks.

Guest guest
Hi Bernard, I've been trying to bring my daughter's iron levels up for a while - at one point I tried Lactoferrin - but her iron levels dropped while using this on its own. I don't know enough about it to have any idea why - on the plus side she didn't catch any colds while she was taking it. High dose biotin can help to keep candida under control, as can the mineral molybdenum. Have you tried the Blue Bonnet Iron or Jarrow's Ironsorb. Guest guest
Hi Kitty, Trying to learn here. My ferritin is low, too. If you don't mind my asking, why is it that you can't supplement iron? I'm wondering if I shouldn't? What is TIBC? Thanks. > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > I'm struggeling with rt3, adrenal, and iron defficiency. > > I'm currentily addressing the iron first but my candida flares up when I take a pill or Floradix. Guest guest
I would be careful with wikipedia. It is not always accurate. An example: http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2005/oct/24/comment.newmedia > > hmmmm....i've read otherwise over the past few days. anyone have any hands-on experience with this that you can share? all us low ferritin types would love to know! :-) > > > > > > > > http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ Lactoferrin > > I do nto thnk Lactoferrin will raise iron or ferritin. > > -- > >
