Guest guest
hi valerie thank you. i appreciate it. i was at a high dose of t4 and i am wondering if just the high t4 would cause the reverse t3 as well? what is the idea with the ferritin in relation to thyroid. Re: help with my thyroid tests. ihave been struggling for so long. my t4 is 10.5 (4.5-12.0) t3 uptake 30 (24-39) free thyroxine index 3.2 (1.2-4.9) T3 175 (71-180) reverse t3 403 (90-450) With these labs you need to stop all T4. And SLOWLY raise T3 only. But i would strongly advise ferritin adn cortils testing as they are the usual probelms htat cause high RT3. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
my cortisol is very low. i am going to look up my ferritin right now..but i think its borderline low. i am not understanding the connection between thyroid and iron.
