Welcome, ! I thought I could do it on my own too. I got .2 from goal and

stopped going to meetings, etc. Now I'm 10 pounds from goal again. I'm also

Hi!

I'm a newbie too. I just joined WW online. I was debating between this or

doing South Beach and I decided to go with WW. I think it would be too hard for

me to give up the carbs. At least with WW you can have some. I'm 48 will be 49

next month. I do have a question. Does anybody have suggestions on exercise

for someone with bad knees? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi Everyone!

I am new to this group. I was in WW a while back and lost about 25

pounds, but quit and thought I could do it on my own. Right!!

Well, I've gained about 15 back and am starting back on WW. I will

attend my first meeting Wednesday evening. I am looking forward to

being in control again and the accountability. My new motto is:

Healthy to the Core in 2004!!
