Guest guest
Your email makes me wonder tons of thing. Should i priorize a school for his integration due the fact he has Down Syndrome? Should i priorize a oral deaf school due the fact he is not hearing? Can I separate both things?. ?????? I really don´t know. I will visit Las Lomas Oral next year (it has a very good reputation here) Thanks a lot for making my brain work... take care patricia -----Mensaje original----- De: McMurtrey Enviado el: sábado, 06 de noviembre de 2004 9:11 Para: Listen-Up Asunto: Re: newbie , Do you know about the Moog curriculum school in Buenos Aires, Colegio Las Lomas Oral? I noticed that it is not on the oral deaf ed map. It seems that kids with additional issues/disabilities can use cochlear implants effectively. Of course they still have the challenge of the other issues but they can " hear " with their CI. The only exception to this that I can think of this early in the morning is if they have a problem with the actual auditory nerve path way or their brain (I even hesitate to say this because how do you know until they get a chance to develop their brain). I've heard that there are people who can't use their CI but after our experiences I can't help wonder if most weren't because the CI wasn't mapped appropriately. Please don't worry about asking questions, we all have needed help and our questions answered. Even with English as my first language, I struggled in the beginning just because of the new technical and medical terms. Guest guest
hi i am a single working mum with RT3 - I don't have the numbers on me but my Rt3/T3 ratio was definately out. I also know i have adrenal fatigue but getting the docs to agree is virtually impossible. Cortisol 8am blood level of 120 (range should be 150min). I've been hypothyroid for at least 10 years. An on 200 of T4 4x per week and 100 3x/week and 5mcg SRT3 daily plus iron - my ferritin was down to 8, last one 58 min should be 60 i think. I am very fatigued, joint pain brain fog and lots of migraines my progesterone is low and eostrogen high (only by blood tests) I would love to do saliva tests but am broke at the moment) I know i need to get onto T3 but not sure how to go about it cause i need adrenal support but can't get any from docs. they suck. thyroid levels at last test were average level for t4 and t3 and TSH <0.5 I'm at a loss at the moment on where to go? sonny
Guest guest
You need to get cortisol testing done before starting T3. Go to www.canaryclub.org and there order the ZRT 4 times cortils testing it si around $100 and your health depends on it. You also need ot kknwo exactly where iron is to be able to strat T3 wihtotu inotolerance effects which can be brutal. You r health depends on these tests you need ot MAKE the money for them, as i si not that much. I self pay for everything and stil it si something I MUST take money out for just like food. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
