" Lactoferrin is able to enhance iron absorption and improve iron status when

iron stores are low "

http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/14682/Lactoferrin

I've never tried lactoferrin, so can't say if it works, but it sure looks like

something worth finding out more about.

supplement but my ferritin is only 20 :( not sure how to get the iron where it

belongs!

you can take lactoferrin to help bind the iron and get it into your cells

instead of chancing that candida will " eat " it... I may not have gotten that

right. I do not know that I have candida, but I am almost off the chart on a

mercury challenge test. I've ordered some lactoferrin to take with my iron.

read on the adrenals board that you wanted to taper of isocort. I would wait to

I get my ferrtin up before I did that.
