Your T3 dose is very small but your symptoms indicate either low ferritin or

weak adrenals. Are you still supplementing with iron? Being hypo uses up iron so

you need to keep taking it.

weeks. In December my ferritin was 71 and I just had it retested last week, but

don't have the results yet. The 71 in December was without supplementing iron.

Two years ago, when I was sick (could barely eat for 2 months), and my level was

32. So not sure if that was from lack of eating or perhaps my current level is a

false reading at 71. Anyway, I took 6.25 of cynomel at 8:30 a.m. when I took my

HC and then I took it again 4 hours later. Nick's website said for anyone

starting to take 2 small doses in the morning, first thing and then 4 hours

later. I was okay with the first one, but after the second dose I felt light

headed, spacey, and just felt weird/ " off " feeling. Tonight I have been dizzy,

anxious, etc...I did drink a glass of salt water and it didn't really help. My

pulse is 84 and my average temp today was 98.3, been 98.2 for the 5 days prior.

Do you think that these feelings could be from taking the two small doses?

Should I only take the one tomorrow and hold that for 3-5 days before adding the

second 6.25 dose?
