Guest guest
Can having low body fat affect temp. fluctuations? I am doing well and think I have successfully cleared -- am trying to work out right dosage now. I am currently ovulating and my temps gradually rise throughout the day and then fall mid-evening as they should. However, my basal temps are usually between 97.0 and 97.3 -- even during ovulation. In addition, my temps are often influenced by outside temps and I don't think I have an adrenal problem. Could low body fat contribute to that? Also, someone mentioned last week about leaving the digital thermometer in you mouth after it beeps until the temp stabilizes. This does make a difference of about .2 degrees F for me. Which reading is accurate? Thanks, Beth
