Guest guest
I know this topic has been brought up lately, but I had to come back to it to get some things cleared up. I know it is normal for temps to fluctuate with our menstrual cycles, but I am wanting to know if it is ok that the temps are BELOW optimal? For example, at ovulation and until my period starts, my basal temp is perfect. Ranging from 97.8-98.2. During this same time my average daytime temps are 98.6. However, during my menses and until I ovulate again my basal range from 97.1-97.7 ( not optimal ). My daytime temps during this time average 98.1-98.2 (agian a little lower than optimal. I am currently on 103 mcg of t3. Trying to clear..almost there approaching week 11. Thanks, S

A bit low, an increase may help the temps. I would stay as you are though, hopefully when you clear that will have the effect of being an increase Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
