Val..Is this dosing schedule ok?

Hi Val,

For the last 2 days to avoid being very dizzy I've been having

smaller doses fo HC cream more frequently. Today I had

9am 7.5mg

11am 5mg

1pm 5mg

3.20pm 5mg

6pm 5mg

8.20pm 2.5mg

and I plan on going to bed shortly with another 2.5mg to make the

total of 32.5 for the day.

It seemed to work fairly well but I'm feeling very tired, headachey

and a bit nauseas now, it will probably go away when I get into bed

with the hot water bottle. Headache is probably hypo symtom too and

I'm getting the old familiar hypo pains in my fingers again.

Thursday temp was 98.16 Yesterday temp was 98.76 and today is 98.23

I'm getting so frustrated with the temps not stabilising, it means at

least another 5 days of waiting and that's if I get it right with the

32.5 HC. Would there be anything wrong with going to 35mg as of

tomorrow? Have you ever heard of anyone's temps not stabilising??

Getting fed up and so sick of being sick..
