Temps Stable but Dropping?

Hi ,

I increased to 30 mg HC on the 7th and since then my temps have been the

following:

4/10 98.57

4/11 98.5

4/12 98.4

4/13 98.3

Does this mean my adrenals are stable (since there is a .1 difference from day

to day) but I just need more T3? If not, what does it mean?

On another note, I think you were right about the pooling causing high temps

because when I started HC they were averaging around 99.2 and have been steadily

dropping.

Yes I would say onyl a bit more T3 may be all you need.
