Guest guest
I also have had, for years, breathlessness on exertion, always gasping for breath. It has improved somewhat as I'm gradually raising T3. Always thought I was just fat+out of shape+asthmatic, but since it is improved by increasing T3, it looks now like it's more the " air hunger " they talk about on STTM. http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/long-and-pathetic/ Hoping for continued improvement as I continue to raise T3. Good heavens, Nick, you could actually make it up 3 flights of stairs? Getting up 1 flight leaves me gasping. If I tried to climb 3 flights I'd croak. > > >I am on 112.5 µg of T3/day. 32.5 to 35 mg of HC. I am probably 30 lbs overweight. Just about all my hypo aches and pains have gone. I move about quite easily except that I have a slight breathlessness. > > I had that breathlessness on exertion for years, going up 3 flights of > stairs would leave me panting. > > This has cleared since I have been on T3 only, my stamina for light > exercise is a lot better > > Nick >

I'm not fitter as such, not had time to exercise and have a desk job, just seem to have a lot better ability to get oxygen out of the air. Been on T3 only since last May apart from a month when I tried swapping back to Natural and decided it wasn't for me Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
