I also have had, for years, breathlessness on exertion, always gasping for

breath. It has improved somewhat as I'm gradually raising T3. Always thought I

was just fat+out of shape+asthmatic, but since it is improved by increasing T3,

it looks now like it's more the " air hunger " they talk about on STTM.

Hoping for continued improvement as I continue to raise T3.

Good heavens, Nick, you could actually make it up 3 flights of stairs? Getting

up 1 flight leaves me gasping. If I tried to climb 3 flights I'd croak.

overweight. Just about all my hypo aches and pains have gone. I move about

quite easily except that I have a slight breathlessness.

LOL, was staying in a hotel the week before last and found that I

wasn't at all out of breath after 2 flights of stairs, big

improvement.

I'm not fitter as such, not had time to exercise and have a desk job,

just seem to have a lot better ability to get oxygen out of the air.

Been on T3 only since last May apart from a month when I tried

swapping back to Natural and decided it wasn't for me
