I just read it (it's on page 6 of the book, not 61 -- excerpt page 10) and

I'm wondering too. Perhaps his observations are dependent on the

extraction method? But are there any true cold pressings of CLO that don't

damage any of the PUFAs in the oil? I don't know.

Lately I've been noticing that CLO seems to make me tired, and I've stopped

taking it.

As with all oils, the way they are produced is KEY. High quality clo is the

only kind worth taking. I just got my first bottle of the stuff from Radiant

Life, but it's too early to tell how it's affecting me. I know there was a

thread about this maybe last month--seems that this list is split on whether clo

is a good idea or not. Since I'm a city girl with no access to raw milk and

limited access to good meat, I need all the help I can get.
