We got our sorghum flour yesterday afternoon and I mixed up all the ingredients

for their sorghum pancakes recipe. I added 1/4 cup potato starch flour to the

mix All I had to do this morning was add the wet ingredients. They went over

good with everyone. The dh wasn't sure but he hate 3. If he had not liked them

the dog would have gotten his. He is very picky and has a cold right now which

makes it worse. I want to try this flour on Noah's bread and see how that comes

out.

After shipping all the way to California, the flour still only came out to $1.41

a pound for the 25 lb bucket. After I finally got the lid off, I put some in a

smaller container and put the big bucket into our new freezer. We just bought a

small chest freezer and it is already almost full with flours. My dh thought

that would be big enough but now I am wondering.

Those of you who do not have the email address it is sorghumflour@...

I got a quick reply from them.

My Southern born husband is trying to figure out how they got sorghum flour when

all he knew is Sorghum molasses! Our trucker son is bringing him some sorghum

molasses that I guess he can use on these new pancakes. ;-)
