Judy,

Krill oil and fish oil contain the same amounts of Omega-3 essential

fatty acids.

Krill oil is said to be more easily absorbed by the body and not no

leave a fishy aftertaste, as may occur with fish oil. Only krill oil

contains the powerful antioxidant astaxanthin. Many health claims are

made for krill oil, but I have not yet found any underlying studies.

On the negative side, krill oil is much more expensive and harder to

find than fish oil.

Sincerely, Harald
