Guest guest
I hope, with all the information I have printed from Val's group and 's, that I can make her understand that hypothyroid and RT3 needs to be corrected. At the very least, I hope I can get the iron infusions I need to raise my ferritin. Think I'll ask her if she would like frozen ice cold feet every night, no libido, rashes all over and hard, heavy menstrual cycles - at any age! She is older than me so maybe she will get this? If not, I will travel to see an internist at Duke named Dr. Westman...has anyone here heard of him? I quit taking the teeny 10mcg of cytomel for the past 24 hours to see what my levels are going to be like tomorrow - in case she won't use my recent labs. Should I have done this? It seems like it's such a small amount that it won't matter much anyway! I have " ice water " running in my feet and toes right now and it's almost painful! Any advice greatly appreciated! Good luck, stopping taking the T3 24 hours before labs will make your numbers look more hypo (although show conversion problems) so might even get some attention from them! I don't know any of those Docs, I'm in the wrong country.
