Guest guest
Yep, reading this in real time with warm booties on, hubby sound asleep and I'm on line e-mailing with friends. It is early Sunday morning at 1:25 am by now. But I have the day off tomorrow. I don't have to open the store, so I think I will just lay around and be lazy all day. If I feel up to snuff, (that's a saying, I don't do snuff.) then I will wander over to the pool in the evening and take a dip, maybe do some aquatic exercises and hopefully sleep better tomorrow night. Glad I'm way past the child rearing stage. I couldn't handle that and this damned illess. I don't know how you young ones with little ones do it. You're all very brave. Take care. Never been to Australia. In fact never have crossed the equator.Wished I had done so when I was younger. Don't think I'll get to go there now. I love watching movies shot in Australia. Kinda reminds me of our western US, in the 1800's, but we don't have the indigenous people in the outback like you guys do. Australia kind of scares me. Especially when I read about crocodile attacks. The closest I ever came to your part of the world was when we lived in Hawaii in the 80's. Should have taken a ride on Quantas then. Oh! well! Have a great afternoon and I'll try to get some zzzzzz's in. Take care~~~Dolores From: mumpup2000 <leoniecent@...> Subject: rheumatic Dear Dolores rheumatic Date: Sunday, July 27, 2008, 2:21 AM Thanks for the encouragement Dolores, sometimes i think i'm the only peanut in existence with a problem like this. i hope you aren't reading this in real time and you're in bed by now and the cramping has stopped. Over here it's 4pm in the arvo (australian for afternoon) are you on a good magnesium at all ? it's supposed to be good for cramps. that's my useless suggestion anyway get hubby to give you a good leg rub - that's what i do. good luck ! Guest guest
Oh! yeah! Forgot to answer. I take a slow mag every day. It helped stop the irregular heart rythms too. This was suggested by my cardiologist. Y'now, I haven't had a beer in so long and lately I've been craving one. It's summer here and we have just been through Hurricane Dolly. What do you guys do when you need a brew once in a while?~~~Dolores From: mumpup2000 <leoniecent@...> Subject: rheumatic Dear Dolores rheumatic Date: Sunday, July 27, 2008, 2:21 AM Thanks for the encouragement Dolores, sometimes i think i'm the only peanut in existence with a problem like this. i hope you aren't reading this in real time and you're in bed by now and the cramping has stopped. Guest guest
good one, magnesium is a great nutrient for the body, and most of us are deficient in it ! oh gawd, if i had my way i'd be an alcoholic ! blissful ignorance :0 i feel like a good brew most of the time, but have to settle for green tea :/ i've been looking at home made fermented beverages lately (not alcoholic - the good type like kefir), and noticed there is an interesting range of things that can be made at home that don't necessarily contain milk but rather water and fruit or ginger etc made with a special culture, and that are sort of fizzy like alcohol and very refreshing. i'll go and have a look at the info and get back to you in case you want to explore it. by the way, if i really feel like some grog, i have a sip or two or three of something i fancy, and that satisfies me well enough. after that i have a big drink of green tea or water to wash it away Leonie > > > > > Hello, > > > I'm feeling confused about the side effects and don't know what to > > > do. Guest guest
Wow! Making your own brew! I too, drink tea all day long. I've grown to love the flavored ones in the celestial tea boxes. But, once in a great while I think of the old days when I could down a nice cold one and think nothing of it. Hmmmm! What I'd love is a cold mug of suds. I may just indulge myself tomorrow and go hear a band play. Miss the music too. Hey! I must be getting better. A year ago, I couldn't care less about music or beer. You think this might be a good sign?~~~~Dolores From: mumpup2000 <leoniecent@...> Subject: rheumatic Re: Dear Dolores rheumatic Date: Sunday, July 27, 2008, 3:05 AM good one, magnesium is a great nutrient for the body, and most of us are deficient in it ! oh gawd, if i had my way i'd be an alcoholic ! blissful ignorance :0 i feel like a good brew most of the time, but have to settle for green tea :/ i've been looking at home made fermented beverages lately (not alcoholic - the good type like kefir), and noticed there is an interesting range of things that can be made at home that don't necessarily contain milk but rather water and fruit or ginger etc made with a special culture, and that are sort of fizzy like alcohol and very refreshing. i'll go and have a look at the info and get back to you in case you want to explore it. by the way, if i really feel like some grog, i have a sip or two or three of something i fancy, and that satisfies me well enough. after that i have a big drink of green tea or water to wash it away Leonie > > > > > Hello, > > > I'm feeling confused about the side effects and don't know what to > > > do. Guest guest
Hey Dodo; I do not know if you have it in the U.S but here we can get a great beer made from rice.I don't drink too much of it because of the yeast used in making it but on a hot day it is heavenly.
