I eat a very high fiber breakfast - 1 c Kashi GoLean mixed with 1/2 c

Fiber One. There's almost a day's worth of the RDA in that bowl. Plus,

I think it's delicious.

Something else that helps is coffee. Do you drink any? I have a big

travel mug of coffee every morning.

Thank you for the help, I think i will try the metamucil. my mom keeps telling

me to eat prunes just cann't bring myself to eat them.I still have no ideal why

the green tea would work but like 4 people from ww told me this. Thanks for the

reply Jeanne

" ibeforej@... " wrote:I have green tea (in

sure if they meant green tea in some other form.

I figured the fruit and veggies would be your best bet, but you can always

go for whole grains...wheat pasta... whole wheat bread. Plus, a lot of

low-carb foods seem to be have a lot of fiber in them.

I take sugar-free Metamucil (in the orange powder form) 1-3 x's a week.

This seems to help w/in a day or two of taking it. =)

I like Fiber One mixed with yogurt for breakfast. Lots of fiber (and

Fiber One has 0 points for half a cup) and it is very filling.

Actually, it's funny that you mentioned the green tea, because I saw a

" weight-loss " supplement ad today for Green Tea pills. I did a little

research and found a few short articles (after wading through all the

webpage ads for green tea weight loss pills) that says green tea

increases fat oxidation. See this webpage for a little more

information:

http://www.annecollins.com/diet_news/green-tea-metabolism.htm

I couldn't find anything relating to it helping out a stubborn cycle,

but that might just be a little known side effect. Who knows. =)

Good luck w/ the Metamucil. It really isn't bad and the sugar-free is 0

pts. for 3 servings (gotta love all that fiber.) Just don't let it sit

for too long in water, 'cause it will " gel " up and then it's kind of

gross. =)

Hi Jeanne,

My ww leader has been recommending La Tortilla Factory wraps instead

of bread or buns. The small size is 8 grams of fiber, 50 calories

and 2 grams of fat. I have bought the garlic and herb ones, they

also have green onion flavor as well as plain. I use them many days

for lunch with tuna salad in them, or chicken salad, or low fat

turkey and cheese. Someone said to use a plain one with ff cool

whip, splenda, cinnamon and a few mini chocolate chips. Lots of

fiber for few points.

Hi Martha,

We have not heard from you in a while either! Sorry to hear about

your ankle though. I guess it is good news that the ankle is not

broken, but I don't know about the mononucleosis or the synovial cyst

and what those would mean.

I hope and pray for you that it heals quickly!

Whatever it is, it must be painful. My husband has gout and sometimes he gets

severe pain in that area. I hope docs can resolve this. Phyllis

I am on T3 and have been for a couple of years. I have increased to 175cmg for a

few weeks now. I am losing hair again and can't lose weight even though I am not

eating sugar or anything white, feel fatigue and depression. My question is:

once T3 is working for you do you ever need to go back to Armour?
