Taking coconut oil and use apple cider vinegar is suppose to get rid of

candida also. A lot of people of the coconut oil forum seemed to have had

good luck with it, I believe probiotics also are suppose to help.

Can I ask how are adrenal problems often mistaken for sinus and ear

problems??? I have always had a lot of sinus drainage, which very oddly

seems connection with hormones and most recently with waaay too much T3. so

I am very interested to know how adrenals affect that area.

I know the sinus and ear congestion are fungal- very difficult to get rid

of. You're right, symptoms are similar to AF, and I don't always know which

is which.
