If your temps are stable on 25mg HC then I would hold it but if they

destabilize when you raise T3 then you need more and for 30mg I suually

recommend 10-10-5-5

I try to keep T3 even thorugh the day and night so if you are even now

start wiht the AM dose raisding it.

YEs that would be the way to do it add the second increase to your third

dose so they dont; pile up too much at once.

Second.

None of our sources have brand name Cytomel, but Cynomel from Mexico is almost

the same thing wiht possibly a bit higher strength. The generic of Cytomel in

the USA is nto getting a good reputation, though I have not tried it I have not

heard too many people that liekd it.
