Nick-having a nightmare with NHS

Dear Nick,

I'm SO sorry to keep bothering you but I have just got back from seeing my GP and he shouted at me and told me how dare I self medicate and pretty much threatened to ban me from his surgery.

Would I be able to send an email to your personal email address to explain a bit more about what happened and ask your advice on how you have handled the NHS over the years? Its just I think I need to be careful as I understand when I reply to the group the content can be seen by everyone and I just don't want to get in any more trouble with the NHS
